Hôtel Exotic Plaza Douala
Japoma · pool, suites and breakfast-inclusive direct rates
Hôtel Exotic Plaza is a Japoma hotel with rooms, suites, pool and on-site dining. Booking.com's Douala listing showed 9.4/10 from 8 guest reviews at our 30 September 2026 check. The high score is promising but the sample is too small to rank it above established hotels with hundreds of reviews.
Why consider it
It is useful for Japoma plans or travellers who want an on-site pool and dining. The hotel's own rooms page advertises breakfast-included direct rates.
Current offer to check
The hotel's official rooms page advertises breakfast-inclusive starting rates from 35,000 FCFA for an executive room, 45,000 FCFA for a junior suite and 60,000 FCFA for a senior suite. The booking request page says the hotel's team confirms the reservation, so these are advertised rates rather than guaranteed live inventory. Request a date-specific quote and compare taxes and cancellation with Booking.com.
Trade-offs
Japoma is far from central Douala, so check travel time. Recent guest feedback on another review platform mentions music near pool-facing rooms and busy breakfast service during events. Ask about room location and pool access before confirming.
Hotel-direct or third-party member promotions mentioned above may not be available through Expedia. Compare live rates and conditions.
