What we expect from the properties we feature.
Accuracy
Descriptions, photographs and rates must reflect the property as it is today. Listings found to be misleading are removed.
Guest experience
- Honour the rate and room type a guest booked.
- Respond to booking enquiries within a working day.
- Keep a clear, published cancellation policy.
Ratings
We review guest ratings periodically. A property that falls consistently below 4.0 may be moved out of the curated lists until it recovers.
Removal
