What we expect from the properties we feature.
Accuracy
Descriptions and photographs should reflect the property as it is today. Tell us about renovations, closures and changes to facilities. Prices on Staycation Africa may be dated snapshots; the booking partner provides the live rate and terms. We correct or remove materially inaccurate listings when we verify a problem.
Guest experience
- Honour the rate and room type a guest booked.
- Respond to booking enquiries within a working day.
- Keep a clear, published cancellation policy.
Ratings
Guest feedback is one of several signals we use. We also consider location, facilities, the type of short break a property suits and whether its details can be verified. A listing may be updated or removed when reliable new information changes that assessment.
Removal
If you represent a property and want to correct or remove its listing, use our contact form. Include the property name, page URL, your connection to the property and the requested change. We will review the request and may ask for information to verify it before editing the page.
