staycation.africa is operated by Ai-spares Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 78885884). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What we provide
staycation.africa is an information and comparison website for hotel stays across Africa. We are not a travel agent or tour operator. We do not take bookings, hold reservations or process payments. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the booking provider or the property, on their terms.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site, including hotel links to Expedia, are affiliate links. If you book after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The rules we use to select and label hotels are explained on How it works.
Accuracy of information
Guest ratings, review counts, facilities, rates and offers come from booking providers, hotels and other third parties and can change at any time. We work to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that information is complete, current or free of errors. Always confirm the price, availability, room details and cancellation conditions with the booking provider or property before you book.
Third-party websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, services or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Property listings and submissions
If you submit a property, correction or other information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We decide which properties and information to publish and may edit or remove content at any time.
Intellectual property
The text, design and selection of content on this site belong to Ai-spares Ltd or its licensors. You may view the site and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or systematically extract content without our written permission. Hotel names, logos and photographs belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale or submitting false or misleading information.
