Getting your listing right
- Photography: send 8–15 recent landscape photos, at least 1,600 px wide, covering rooms, bathrooms, the pool, dining areas, the exterior and the view. Please avoid heavy filters, watermarks and stock images; we only show photos that match the property today.
- Description: describe what a two-night stay actually looks like — the neighbourhood, room types, what is included (breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, spa access), check-in and check-out times, and anything that surprises guests, such as seasonal pool closures or a cash-only restaurant.
- Rates: our pages show partner “from” prices for one room, one night and two adults, with the date each price was checked. If you run a resident, weekend or package offer, send the terms, valid dates and inclusions so we can show it accurately.
Keeping it current
Email us whenever something guests would notice changes: new or renovated rooms, a restaurant or pool closing, seasonal rate changes, new packages or a temporary closure. Include the dates the change applies and a link to your official page or booking listing. We review updates within five working days and remove offers once they expire.
